Ordering / Pricing Information

The first step is to either send us your idea’s via e-mail (put in link here or on page somewhere and label it contact us or click here to send us your plans or prints) or simple call us with your design specifications / idea’s. We will then work with you to establish a staircase design that works for you or simply use your current plans to provide you with an accurate and detailed proposal.

Basic information required to prepare your estimate:
a) Finished floor to finished floor heights (approximations are ok for estimating)
b) Desired diameter of the staircase.
c) Tread width.
d) Type of rails desired:

Examples:
1) Helical bars
2) Vertical spindles (wood, metal, wrought iron or custom)
3) Glass
4) Solid panels
5) Custom designs
e) Tread material desired:

Examples:
1) Steel
2) Wood
3) Glass
4) Tile
5) Cement
6) Other
f) Do you require landings as well?
g) Plans and pictures are helpful but not required.

Once we have your information we will prepare a detailed proposal. In many cases we will offer substitutions for cost savings and design options.

Our staff is highly knowledgeable in staircase construction and engineering and can many at times provide you with pricing over the phone or verbal estimates for budgeting if needed.
